WHO OPERATES THE GAME

The game is provided by Nicolas Prieto, trading as BAIFROST in Italy. Lura is the product name. MileBuilt supplies and approves the event content and receives aggregate campaign reports.

You can play without downloading an app, creating an account, or providing your name or email address. No participant list is imported.

LIVE CAMPAIGN MEASUREMENT

During the live pilot, the reporting service records these actions:

• Game completion: a completed run. Repeated completed runs count separately.
• Event Details & Register: activation of that in-game button.
• Share: activation of Share Card or Share Game, including a cancelled sharing attempt or link-copy fallback when native link sharing is unavailable. Save Card is excluded. The copy fallback does not add another Share event.

Records use a campaign label, the action type and a server timestamp. A random identifier is created for each action and its hash is stored temporarily to prevent a retry being counted twice. It is not saved as a persistent visitor identifier.

Reports contain daily totals of successfully recorded actions. They do not establish unique runners, purchased registrations, or published messages or social posts. MileBuilt receives these aggregate counts only.

Campaign data is used for reporting, hosting and security. The game does not use advertising or retargeting, collect runner contact details, or create a runner contact database.

YOUR BROWSER AND SHARING

If you change the sound setting, the preference is stored in your browser until you clear this site's browser data.

The completion card is created in your browser. It is not uploaded to the campaign reporting service. Saving the card puts the image on your device.

Share Card offers the completion image through your device's sharing tools where supported. Share Game offers the public game link. Your device's sharing tools and the app you select handle those items under their own privacy policies.

If native link sharing is unavailable, Share Game copies the public game URL and displays a message saying it was copied. Copying the link does not publish or send it and does not add another Share event.

Register opens RunSignup with MileBuilt's source-tracking link. Registration takes place there under RunSignup's policies. That link does not provide Lura with registration records.

STORAGE AND ACCESS

The campaign uses a separate Google Cloud Firestore database in Belgium. The campaign service also runs in Belgium. Authorized Lura administrators control access to the campaign records and private aggregate exports.

The site is delivered through Google's Firebase Hosting network, which serves content globally. Google hosting and service infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser or device information, and request logs to deliver and secure the game. The campaign application does not add these fields to its measurement records or custom request logs.

RETENTION AND DELETION

Temporary action records expire after seven days. Daily aggregate records expire on October 25, 2027. A scheduled daily cleanup removes expired records; when that cleanup runs successfully, deletion follows expiry within approximately 24 hours.

The verified Google Cloud logging settings retain default request and service logs for 30 days. Separately, Google's required administrative and system audit logs use a 400-day retention period. Google manages those required logs.

The project-level logging configuration was checked on October 15, 2026. Its two configured log destinations are Google's internal default and required logging buckets. No additional project-level log export destination is configured.
